Whew! I am having a hard time staying up on this! Not for any specific reason, but I WILL keep blogging. (don't worry grandparents!)

This little man loves his daddy. When Shane is around he follows him everywhere and you can always hear "DAD-DY" all over the house.

And these two have become good friends! I will say though, that Gracie is starting to get frustrated with her little brother because he wants to play with whatever she wants. Let it begin. Ha!

We are good. Baby H is good. 21 weeks today! I'll work on some more posts, lots to update!

Bucket List

Did you know I have a list of 100 things I want to do in my life? Well I don't think it's up to 100 but I should add some more. One of them was to see a professional basketball game. Our friends were so kind to gift us with tickets to the Pacers- 8th ROW!!

We went with our friends Ryan and Steph. It was so fun to catch up with them. We don't see them enough.

We had a great time and even got to go to PF Changs! I love that place. Thanks to Grandpa and Grandma Diane for keeping the kids!

Lately

Lately we've been practicing our letters.

We've been reading lots of books

Lately we've been running around in our dipes before we get our jammies on at night

then we do the bedtime dance up and down the stairs.

Lately we've been collecting special treasures.

Yes Michigan!

If you're from Michigan, you may have sung the little "Yes, Michigan, the feeling is better" song from way back when. A tv promotion for tourism. I still thing of that song when entering Mi. :) I took the kids up to visit family while Daddy took a work trip to Boston.

The kids had fun at Grandma and Grandpa's watching tv, playing with some of my old toys, coloring, getting Grandma to pretend with Gracie. Fun fun fun!

There were also books to be read. Nobody reads like a Grandma does. :)

And there were birthday's to celebrate! Aaron and Hannah turned 15 and 12 this year so we had a little party for them.

Graham was pretty much only having Adam's (my brother in law) Dad, Joe. They were BFF all night. Gracie moved around from Hannah and her cousin Maddison, to Aaron. He humors her and I love it. :)

We had a great trip to Michigan. One our way home we picked up Shane at the airport. The next day was valentine's and he brought us treats! He had a layover in Chicago and brought me Garrett's mixed popcorn. It is, er, I mean, was so good! The kids loved their airplanes too.

Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful that she loves to be with her dad outside exploring. They will go do "camp checks" together or shovel or walk in the creek bed in their boots. She loves being with him.

I am thankful that Shane will go out in the cold and fill my feeders so we can watch the birds. He also is excellent about stocking the fire to keep us warm.

I am so thankful for this site! Can you see the deer? There are two of them. This is the view from my kitchen window. I've been waiting to see them!

and also this one. It's a bluebird. We have quite a few of them around here. This one loved the van. I enjoyed watching it until I went out and saw the "presents" it had left for me on each side of the van. ha!

I'm thankful for good friends who live all over.

Including some that I don't see very often! Bill and Nancy came by to visit a few weeks ago and we determined that it had been 8 years since we had see each other! That mean they go to meet my family for the first time. I am looking forward to more visits with them.

And I'm thankful for this product! I am working on stripping the boarders off of the kitchen wall and this product has made my life so much easier!
